A real plan, not guesswork.
One-on-one coaching, built around you. The goal is simple: help you get stronger and perform better in your sport, whether that's golf, tennis, running or swimming.
Every client starts with a full assessment. I look at how you move, your current strength, your training history, and anything in daily life that affects your body, like a desk job or an old shoulder injury.
From there, your training is planned in four-week blocks, not just single sessions. Each block has a clear goal, a way to check if it's working, and a set point where we review and adjust.
Based at Virgin Active Collection, Silo District, in the V&A Waterfront, with harbour views and equipment built for serious strength work and recovery.
Common questions
Do you only train athletes, or beginners too?
Both. Every program starts with the same full assessment regardless of experience level. The difference is where the starting point is set, not whether you qualify to train.
What if I've never done strength training before?
That's fine. The first session is an assessment, not a workout, so the program is built around your actual current ability rather than assumptions.
Can I train if I have an injury or old niggle?
In most cases, yes. The movement screen flags this upfront and the program is built around it. For anything requiring medical clearance, you'll be asked to check with a doctor or physio first.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. Sessions are run at Virgin Active Collection, Silo District, which has everything needed for serious strength, conditioning, and recovery work.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients notice a difference in strength and movement quality within the first 4 week cycle, which is also when the first formal review happens.
What's your cancellation policy?
Get in touch directly to confirm current terms. This is covered in the client agreement provided before your first session.
