1RM & RPE Calculator
Estimate your one-rep max from a recent working set, plus a percentage table for programming your next block and an RPE-based tool for finding your training weight. This is an estimate based on standard formulas, not a substitute for an actual tested max.
Estimate your one-rep max
Estimates using this formula become less reliable above about 10–12 reps, for the most accurate result, use a set of 1–8 reps taken close to failure.

Find your training weight from RPE
RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) describes how many reps you had left in the tank. Pick your reps and RPE to find the matching percentage of your 1RM, if you've calculated your 1RM above, you'll also see the actual weight.
This calculator uses the Epley formula (weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30)), one of the most widely used estimation methods in strength training. Like any formula-based estimate, it's a useful guide, not a guarantee, actual max strength is affected by fatigue, technique, and the specific lift.
